Merry Christmas everyone! In this episode I speak with the very brilliant Kevin Empey. Kevin is an expert in leadership and organisational agility and founder of Workmatters. As you'll hear he began his career a lot like most of the population; lost and seeking true meaning. He did find his feet thankfully and after 25 years working in people strategy he ended up as a partner and director of Willis Towers Watson where he helped define the Future of Work practice in Ireland. Personally, I am really grateful to Kevin for getting me involved with Jobcare where I coach and speak to jobseekers about finding work that matters to them.
